Nascent Health does not participate with insurance carriers. Upon request we can provide a superbill receipt that you can submit to your insurance carrier for reiumbursement.

The Chiropractic Only Patient
Utilizes office visits for adjustments, cranial sacral therapy, myofascial release, massage therapy, etc., mostly for musculoskeletal based concerns.
Example Annual Usage
Averages an adjustment every couple of weeks or more with an occasional need for a new injury evaluation, occasional massage and supplement purchases. Rare use of other services offered at the office.

Who can be included in a family membership?
The family membership option includes all individuals in a family household including dependents.
College aged children dependents are included.
Extended non-dependent family members are not included as immediate family members. Unique circumstances may be discussed with our staff to determine if an exception could be accomadated.
How long is a membership commitment?
Preferred, Premium and Concierge level membershps are an ongoing month-to-month commitment.
Preferred and Premium Membership levels can be changed or canceld with a minimum of a 7 day notice.
Concierge members can be changed or cancelled with a minimum of a 30 day notice.
A Basic membership is required to recieve care at Nascent Health.
